In order to fill-in and transmit the Contract to GME, the market participants interested in activating one or more services made available by GME through the PDR platform, have to follow the procedure set forth in the PDR user Manual. Following the successful process of verification by GME of the contract and related attached documentation, the market participant will receive the credentials of access to the platform. More information on how to access the PDR can be found in the PDR user Manual.

Under the provisions of the PDR user Manual, the market participant shall:

1. Select the option "Request for access to PDR" ;
2. Fill in all parts of the online form, specifying- among other things - the choice of the service/s to be activated;
3. After filling in the contract, select the option "Confirm and print the contract". This feature allows the participant to generate the pdf printable version of the contract, precompiled according to information reported in the form;
4. Initial and sign the PDR contract thus generated in all its parts;
5. Print, complete and sign the relevant Annex (Self-Declaration affidavit made pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000, certifying the powers of representation of the subject subscribing the contract/or other documentation certifying the powers do representation);
6. Send the original documentation referred to in paragraphs d. and e. , duly completed and signed, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, by courier or hand delivery to:
