Payment of the fees is made by the Operators through SEPA Credit Transfer with Priority or equivalent in favour of GME within:

• the last working day of the month in which the invoice for the access fee was issued and with beneficiary value date on the same day;
• thirty calendar days from the of the issuing date of the invoice for the annual fixed fee and with beneficiary value date on the same day.

These time limits remain valid also with reference to the Operators referred to in article 1, paragraph 209 of the Law of 24 December 2007, no. 244 (PA operators), as compatible with the application of the provisions contained in Law no. 244/2007 above and related implementing provisions.
