All subjects with appropriate professionalism and competence in the use of telematic systems and related security systems can
be included to the Bulleting Board of long-term energy contracts from renewable sources (PPA Bulletin Board).
These subjects, to be admitted to the PPA Bulletin Board, must:
1. submit an Admission application,
according to the form defined in Annex 1 to the Bulletin Board Regulations PPA, with a copy of a valid identity document of the subscriber of the same
application and, in case that the applicant for admission is a legal person, of the declaration certifying the powers of representation of the subscriber
of the application.
2. to sign a Membership contract,
drawn up according to the form provided as Annex 2 to the Bulletin Board Regulations PPA, and signed on each page by the applicant for admission
(in case of a legal person by the legal representative or by the person with the necessary powers of representation), with which the contracting
party declares to know and accept, without any conditions or reservations, the Regulations of the PPA Bulletin Board.
In order to finalize the admission, it is also necessary that the declaration issued pursuant to Articles 6 and 7 of EU Regulation 679/2016 (user privacy consent) should be completed and signed by each person appointed to access the IT system of the PPA Bulletin BOARD referred to in point 4 of the Admission Application (user).
According to the provisions of PPA Technical Rule No. 01, for the purpose of preparing the documentation necessary for admission to the PPA BULLETIN BOARD, the applicant for a legal entity must access the link indicated below:
"Request admission to the PPA Bulletin Board"
by filling out the online form in all its parts.
With the admission provision, the applicant is recognized as operator. Participants
admitted to the PPA Bulletin Board are included in a special “List of operators admitted to the PPA Bulletin Board” maintained and
managed by GME also in compliance with legislation on confidentiality of personal data.
Participants admitted to the PPA Bulletin Board are required to pay an access fee and a fixed annual fee (for more details see the fees section).
The amount of these fees is defined annually by GME, in order to ensure its economic and financial balance. This measure shall be
published on the GME Website with immediate effect during its first application and, afterwards, from 1 January of the following year.
The obligation to pay the fees terminates only if the Participant submits to GME a formal request for exclusion from the PPA Bulletin Board.
(ATTENTION: if operators are not active on the PPA Bulletin Board, but they do not send formal request for exclusion, they are still required to pay the fixed annual fee)
The Admission Application, as well all the documents to be enclosed thereto, and the Membership Contract should be submitted only in the Italian version.
