In application of the provisions of Article 21, paragraph 21.1 of the PPA BULLETIN BOARD Regulation concerning the notification obligations of participants, please note that, also in order to guarantee their correct and continuous activity on the platform, operators are required to promptly notify GME of any changes in corporate data resulting from an extraordinary corporate transaction - such as, for example, mergers, demergers, transfer of branch of business, etc. - which lead to a change in requirements as well as in the data and information acquired by GME for admission purposes.

The operators of the PPA BULLETIN BOARD may communicate the aforementioned changes using the appropriate form, filled in its parts of interest or by submitting equivalent documentation to GME.
