On a yearly basis, Gestore dei Mercati Energetici SpA (GME) determines the extent of the fees that MGAS Market Participants shall pay. The fees shall be published on GME’s website (as paras. 7.3 of the Natural-Gas Market Rules).

Extent of the fees

The fees referred to in article 7, para. 7.1 of the Natural-Gas Market Rules are as follows:

• access fee (on a one-time basis): € 0.00;
• yearly fixed fee: € 0.00;
• fee for each MWh traded: € 0.01.
• a fee applied in the event of submission of a request for cancellation of transactions, equal to
• Euro 1,000.00 per request, if the number of cancellation requests in the previous 12 months does not exceed 1;
• Euro 2,000.00 per request, if the number of cancellation requests in the previous 12 months is greater than one, but less than or equal to 3;
• Euro 5,000.00 per request, if the number of cancellation requests in the previous 12 months is greater than 3.

MGAS Participants qualifying as Electricity Market Participants are not required to pay the access fee to GME.
