The amount of fees paid by P-Logistics Participants for the services provided by GME is determined by GME in order to ensure the economic and financial equilibrium of its operation and is approved by the Minister for Economic Development.

This measure is published on the GME website (pursuant to Article 7, paragraph 7.2 of the Rules of the Mineral Oil Logistics Services Trading Platform) and it will have effect from 1 January of the following year.

The fees referred to in Article 7, paragraph 7.1, of the P-Logistics Rules are as follows:

• access fee: € 0;
• yearly fixed fee: € 0.
