The Market Platform for the Offering of Mineral Oil Logistics Services (P-LOGISTICA) can be admitted to all invididuals that:

• have adequate professionalism and competence in the use of Information Technology (IT) and related security systems;
• have not been convicted (with final judgement or with a judgement inflicting the penalty at the request of the parties) of agiotage, violation of the privacy of IT communications or computer fraud, fraud against the State, or crimes relating to income tax and V.A.T. as per Legislative Decree 10 March 2000, No. 74;
• are registered in the Companies RegIster or, alternatively, have the Administrative Repertoire Number assigned by the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Crafts and Agriculture;
• have not been previously excluded from the P-LOGISTICS

For the purposes of admission to P-LOGISTICS, it is mandatory to follow the procedure described in the Operation Manual of the P-LOGISTICS.

At the end of this procedure, it will be possible to view, save and print the P-LOGISTICS application form.

The application for admission and the declarations accompanying it, duly completed and signed, must be sent together with a photocopy of a valid identity document of the legal representative at: Gestore dei Mercati Energetici SpA, Viale Maresciallo Pilsudski, 122/124 - 00197 Rome. This documentation can be anticipated by fax at 06/80124524.

GME, upon verification of the regularity of the documentation submitted, will communicate the confirmation of admission to P-LOGISTICS to the applicant. The admission notification admits the participant to the P-LOGISTICS.

Participants admitted to the P-LOGISTICS are included in a special "List of participants admitted to the P-LOGISTICS" kept and managed by GME in compliance with the rules on the confidentiality of personal data.

All information regarding the procedure for admission to P-LOGISTICS is given in the Operation Manual of the P-LOGISTICS.

Once the P-LOGISTICS admission procedure has been completed, each user indicated in the application will receive the credentials (user id and password) from GME to gain access to the computer system as specified in the Operation Manual of the P-LOGISTICS..

If the participant intends to disable, integrate, or modify user authentication on P-LOGISTICS, he/she/it must submit a request signed by the legal representative at: Gestore dei Mercati Energetici S.p.A., Viale Maresciallo Pilsudski, 122/124 - 00197 Rome.

This request must be prepared in accordance with the model "P-LOGISTICS User Request" available in this section. All information regarding the procedure for the registration to be followed by users is listed in the Operation Manual of the P-LOGISTICS.
