The platform for the trading of bids/offers of natural gas (P-GAS) is open to all
parties that:

have adequate professional qualifications and are proficient in the use of ICT systems and related security systems;

are authorised to operate at the “Punto di Scambio Virtuale” (PSV – Virtual Trading Point).
For admission to the P-GAS, the applicant must:
1. submit the Participation Application
(in the format enclosed to the P-GAS Regulations),
accompanied by: I. a copy of a personal identity document
of the signer of the application; II. documents certifying that he/she/it is authorised
to operate at the PSV; and III. if the applicant represents an organisation, a declaration
certifying the powers of representation of the signer of the application.
2. submit the Participation Agreement (in the format enclosed to the P-GAS Regulations).
The Agreement must be initialled on each page and signed by the applicant or, if the applicant represents an organisation,
by the legal representative of the organisation; in the Agreement, the contracting
party must declare to be aware of and to accept the P-GAS Regulations without any condition or reservation.
The notification of admission to the P-GAS platform qualifies the applicant as P-GAS Participant.
P-GAS Participants are entered into the “Register of P-GAS Participants”,
which is held by GME in compliance with personal data privacy legislation.
P-GAS Participants are required to pay a (one-time) access fee, a yearly fixed fee
(every 12 months, beginning on the date of admission), a variable fee and a clearing
fee (for additional information, go the Fees section).
The obligation to pay the fees terminates only if the Participant submits
to GME a formal request of exclusion from the P-GAS platform.
(ATTENTION: if the Participant is not active on the P-GAS but does not submit
a formal request of exclusion therefrom, he/she is held to pay the yearly fixed
fee).
The Participation Application and all the documents to be enclosed thereto should
be submitted only in the Italian version
