Parties admitted to the PB-GO are automatically admitted to operate on the GO Bulletin Board.
The GO Bulletin Board is also open to parties holding an ownership account with one of the European Energy Certificate System (EECS) registries, different from GSE’s GO registry.
All participants in the GO Bulletin Board may view the posted ads and, if they are among the proponent’s preferred counterparties, they may express interest therein.
The types of GO for which ads may be posted on the GO Bulletin Board are indicated in the Technical Rules.
If both the proponent of an ad and the party expressing interest in it are admitted to operate on the PB-GO (i.e., they have at least one access profile – ownership account – with GSE’s GO registry), the transfer of the GOs covered by ads in which there have been expressions of interest will take place by registering the corresponding bilateral transactions on the PB-GO. For registrations on the PB-GO, go to the “PB-GO – how to operate” section.
If the proponent of an ad or the party expressing interest in it, or both are admitted to operate only on the GO Bulletin Board, the transfer of the GOs covered by ads in which there have been expressions of interest will take place off the PB-GO.
The technical procedures for participating in the GO Bulletin Board are laid down in the Technical Rules.
GME DOES NOT act as central counterparty on the GO Bulletin Board.
Participants may operate on the GO Bulletin Board continuously on all the days of the year.
