It should be noted that pursuant to the provisions of the decree of the Ministry of Economic Development of 6 July 2012 (the so-called Decree of Electrical RES) and, in particular, of the guidelines implemented pursuant to Art. 24 of Legislative Decree no. 28 of 3 March 2011, concerning the termination of the green certificates, on 30 June 2016 the operation of systems and trading platforms related to the Green Certificates Market (MCV) and the Platform for registration of bilateral transactions of green certificates (PBCV) ceased.
