The extent of the fees that PB-GAS participants pay for the services rendered thereon is proposed by Gestore dei Mercati Energetici SpA (GME) and approved by Autorità di Regolazione per Energia Rete e Ambiente (ARERA). The fees are posted on GME’s website (under art. 7, para. 7.3 of the PB-GAS Regulations).

The following is the extent of the fees for the year 2017 approved by ARERA with its Decision 06 December 2016 - 737/2016/R/gas .

Extent of the fees

 The fees referred to in article 7, para. 7.1 of the PB-GAS Regulations are as follows:

• access fee (on a one-time basis): € 0.00;
• yearly fixed fee: € 0.00;
• fee for the MWh traded: € 0.0108.

If the PB-GAS Participant is at the same time a Gas Market Participant, he/she/it shall not pay the access fee and the yearly fixed fee to GME. If the PB-GAS Participant is at the same time an Electricity Market Participant, he/she/it shall not pay the access fee to GME.
