REMIT data reporting: launch of the second phase of backloading

With reference to the standard contracts concluded outside of the regulated markets and those non-standard stipulated earlier than 7 April 2016 but with subsequent delivery to that date (the so-called backloading), PDR participants shall be informed that, as from 26/04/2016 until 02/05/2016, they can perform the upload and sending testing of their Backloading Report through the test Date Reporting Platform (PDR test) in the manner described herein, available at the link https://provepdr.ipex.it.

As from 05/05/2016, it will be possible to directly upload the report onto the PDR platform and consequently send it to ACER, as described in the PDR User Manual.

Please note that as regards the backloading of standard contracts concluded outside of the regulated markets and non-standard ones, according to Article 7 of the Implementing Acts, the final deadline for submission of the reports to ACER is 06/07/2016.
