REMIT inside information: GME publishes the facsimile of the standard Contract and the Manual for the platform for the publication of inside information - PIP |
GME published, in the section of its website dedicated to the REMIT services, the facsimile of the standard contract for the activation of the services offered by GME through the PIP platform in order to fulfill the requirement of disclosure of inside information provided for in Article 4 of the European REMIT Regulation, together with the PIP User Manual, which regules the technical requirements and operating procedures for the access to, and use of, the platform itself. Both documents are available, in reading mode, on the page http://www.mercatoelettrico.org/En/Monitoraggio/ComeParteciparePIP.aspx.
For the purposes of filling-in and transmission of the above-mentioned contract to GME, market participants interested to make use of the publication service of inside information shall follow the procedure indicated in the User Manual, which will be activated from September 21, 2015. |
