GME informs market participants that, with its Resolution DIME/GAT/3/2024 of 11 April 2024, ARERA has approved the amendments to the Rules of Operation of the Regulated Market and of the Platform for Registration of Bilaterals of Guarantees of Origin (P-GO Rules) that GME had made pursuant to art. 3, para. 3.5 of the same Rules after holding the relevant consultation process (Consultation Document 2/2023). The purpose of the amendments was to introduce a digital GO Bulletin Board as part of GME’s P-GO systems, as set forth in art. 5, para. 3 of Decree no. 224 of the Ministry of Environment and Energy Security of 14 July 2023, concerning the implementation of art. 46 of Legislative Decree no. 199 of 8 November 2021 on guarantees of origin.
Technical Rules nos. 01, 02, 03, 04, 05, 06, and 07 P-GO have been modified accordingly.
In this regard, under point 3 of ARERA’s Resolution DIME/GAT/3/2024, GME will notify market participants of the entry into force of the amendments to the P-GO Rules and to the Technical Rules by posting a subsequent public communication on its website.
