TEE: notification of new functionality of the Register following the Decree of the Ministry of Development dated 10 May 2018 |
Pursuant to the provisions of Ministerial Decree 10 May 2018, published in “Gazzetta Ufficiale” n° 158 of 10 July 2018, the Energy Efficiency Certificates Market and/or the Energy Efficiency Certificates Register participants are required to submit to Gestore dei Mercati Energetici SpA, to the Market Monitoring, Analysis and Statistics Department, the notification referred to Article 1, paragraph 1, subpara h).
To this end, GME has set up a special functionality within the TEE Register platform, through which participants may fill in the notification form in electronic format. This form, once printed and duly signed by the legal representative or duly authorized attorney, must be sent in original to GME.
