Further to the communication contained in the notice dated 07/03/2017, GME informs that - following the repealing, by virtue of law, of the PB-GAS Regulation and following the related closure of trading systems in the PB-GAS platform - starting from April 1, 2017, the PDR Contract shall be considered terminated with exclusive reference to the PB-GAS services concerning the market for the regulation of the gas quantity moved from storage systems (MGS), in compliance with the provisions laid down in article 8.2 of the same Contract. In this regard, the PDR Contract will be considered as completely terminated, for those entities which activated data reporting services, with exclusive reference to the PB-GAS.
Therefore, by means of this notice, for information purposes, the updated text of the PDR Contract replacing, starting from April 1, 2017, the version previously published on GME’s website, is made available. 
Starting from the same date, the existing contracts shall therefore be deemed updated, without further obligations to be fulfilled by the operator.

Please note that, in accordance with what set forth in the PDR User Handbook (Handbook), GME will not process the activation requests for data reporting services, received after March 13, 2017, in case the contractual proposal is referred to the sole activation of the PB-GAS services. Consistently, GME will proceed with any modification request, as set forth under article 1.4 of the Contract, for services concerning the sole PB-GAS, starting from March 23, 2017.

However, pursuant to the provisions laid down by article 8.1 of the PDR Contract, the operator has the right to withdraw from the contract, according to the modalities established in the same Contract.  

With reference to data reporting services concerning the offers/bids submitted/concluded on the MGS market, please note that - in compliance with the new structure of MGAS related to the beginning of the balancing regime phase as set forth under the resolution 312/2016/R/GAS - starting from April 1 next, such services will be included in the spot gas market (MP-GAS).

In this case it is hereby highlighted that:

1. GME will keep on providing, on a regular basis, data reporting services, even with reference to the offers/bids submitted/concluded on the MGS market, to the operators which entered into a PDR Contract requesting the activation of one or more data reporting services concerning the MP-GAS;
2. The MGAS operators which executed the PDR Contract, but which did not request the activation of data reporting services for the MP-GAS, can, if interested, require the activation of such services, according to the modalities established in article 1.4 of the PDR Contract, as well as in paragraph 4.3  of the Handbook¹.
3. The Reports prepared, with reference to the offers/bids submitted/concluded on the PB-GAS market, until the delivery date of March 31, 2017, will be still available to the PDR operators, in their reserved PDR section for at least 12 months from their creation date.
