Publication of the new standard contract model for the PDR and “go live” platform of the second data reporting phase - (April 7, 2016) |
In order to implement the provisions of Article 9 of the PDR contract, following what reported in the press release of 21 March 2016 GME hereby discloses the publication of the updated version of the PDR contract effective from today's date, which replaces integrally the version previously published on GME's website.
Simultaneously with the publication of the new contract, it should be noted that the start, today, of the second phase of reporting related to non-standard contracts and the electricity and/or natural gas transportation capacity contracts concluded on secondary markets, in accordance with the provisions of the implementing (EU) Regulation No. 1348/2014 of 17 December 2014 (Implementing Acts).
If the PDR participants do not accept the changes outlined above, they will have the right to withdraw from the PDR contract by sending an appropriate notification to GME in the manner set out in that contract, within 15 days after the date of publication of the contract changes. It is understood that if the participant did not inform GME of his/her/its intention to withdraw from the contract within this period, the changes shall be deemed to have been tacitly accepted. Any use of the Service by the Contracting Party within the aforesaid term will be understood as tacit acceptance of the changes.
At the end, it should be noted that the PDR participants are not required to sign the new version of the contract and, as a result of changes in the contract, must complete the new set of information required (tax code of the user or his/her/its passport number only if that person is not an Italian citizen), sending GME separate notice signed by the person vested with the powers of representation of the company, in the manner prescribed in Article 10.6 of the PDR contract. |
