It should be noted that on http://www.mercatoelettrico.org/En/Monitoraggio/ComePartecipare.aspx, it is available the updated version of the PDR User Manual, integrated especially with directions to the backloading file management by Market Participants.
From 09/12/2015 to 11/12/2015, Market Participants concerned will carry out tests of loading and sending their backloading reports through the test Data Reporting Platform (PDR test) available at the link https://provepdr.ipex.it.
Also as of 14/12/2015, for those who enabled the service of backloading through the PDR, they will be arranged and, if applicable, sent to ACER the reports regarding the transactions executed on the markets of GME before 07/10 2015 but with delivery dates beyond that date.
Please remember that as regards the backloading of standard contracts executed on the regulated markets, under Article 7 of the Implementing Acts, the final date for submission of their report to ACER is 05/01/2016.
