REMIT data reporting: operational launch of the Data Reporting Platform (PDR)
While implementing the provisions of Article 8 of the EU Regulation 1227/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on the integrity and transparency of wholesale energy market (REMIT) and Article 6 of the Implementing Rules (EU) No. 1348/2014 of 17 December 2014 (Implementing Acts), with effect from today, the services made available by GME through the PDR platform are active in order to allow participants to fulfill the obligation of reporting to the ACER.
